This is an opening for a full-time position based in Bengaluru. We are currently looking for a performance Marketing Specialist Location: Bengaluru, India Experience: 3+ years Responsibilities:
1. Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) Management:
Serve as the primary administrator for our Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) platform.
Build, manage, and optimize marketing automation workflows, including lead nurturing campaigns, scoring rules, and segmentation strategies.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Pardot platform. Stay up-to-date on Pardot’s best practices and new features. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align automation efforts with business goals.
Email Marketing Campaign Execution:
Set up and deploy email marketing campaigns within our (ESP) Manage email list segmentation and targeting to ensure relevant messaging. Implement A/B testing to optimize email performance. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
Performance Reporting and Analysis:
Develop and deliver regular reports on key email marketing KPIs (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates).
Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Proactively identify opportunities and develop strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance and achieve marketing KPIs.
Present clear and concise reports on email marketing results, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Strategic Thinking and Initiative:
Contribute creative ideas and strategies to help the team meet or exceed marketing KPIs.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in marketing automation and email marketing.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with other members of the marketing team to ensure integrated campaign execution.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding campaign status and performance.
[Optional] HTML/CSS Support:
Utilize HTML and CSS skills to troubleshoot email rendering issues and potentially assist with template modifications (nice to have).
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or lead generation
2. Prior experience with a marketing company or B2B organization preferred 3. Good communication skills to be able to collaborate with the entire team 4. Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as within a team preferred 5. Must be result-driven with excellent problem-solving skills 6. Flexible to work during US work hours 7. Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Pardot), marketing analytics tools (Google
Analytics, Google Tag Manager), search engine marketing tools (Semrush), HTML and CSS is an added plus
