Recruiter Wings provides specialist recruitment and talent-search services to companies ("clients"), and supports candidates seeking roles. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and commercial terms of any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement between us and the relevant client. Those agreements prevail over anything on this website if there is a conflict.

2. No guarantee of outcome

We work diligently to identify and present suitable candidates, but we do not guarantee that any role will be filled, that any candidate will be hired, or that any candidate will secure employment. All hiring decisions rest entirely with the employer.

3. Employer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate role requirements and timely feedback during the search.
  • Carry out your own final assessment, reference checks, and due diligence before making any hire.
  • Comply with all applicable employment, equal-opportunity, and data-protection laws.
  • Use candidate information only for evaluating the candidate for the relevant role, and keep it confidential.

4. Candidate responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and truthful information, including your CV, qualifications, and work history.
  • Keep us informed of any change to your availability, circumstances, or contact details.

5. Candidate data and consent

When you submit your CV or personal details to us, you consent to Recruiter Wings storing and processing that information for recruitment purposes, and to our sharing it with prospective employers where there is a genuine opportunity that may interest you. We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. You may ask us to update or remove your details at any time by contacting us.

6. Fees

Fees for recruitment services are agreed in writing with each client before an engagement begins. We never charge candidates a fee for being placed in a role. Nothing on this website constitutes a fee quote or a binding offer of services.

7. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed in the course of an engagement, including role details, candidate information, and commercial terms, and to use it only for the purpose for which it was shared.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and the Recruiter Wings name and marks, is owned by or licensed to Recruiter Wings and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the service, scraping or harvesting data, or using it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

10. Third-party links

The website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those sites, and a link does not imply our endorsement.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or our services.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here with an updated date, and your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
