As our Content Marketing Lead, you will drive awareness and engagement for our SaaS products. You’ll develop strategies that generate leads while shaping our brand narrative.

Moreover, you’ll position our products as industry leaders. This role requires SaaS landscape expertise, content creation skills, and data-driven marketing approaches.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll develop comprehensive content marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. These strategies will support EmpMonitor (workforce productivity management software), PowerAdSpy (AI-powered ad intelligence platform), and other SaaS products.

In addition, you’ll create high-quality content across various formats. These include blog posts, articles, case studies, white papers, ebooks, infographics, videos, website copy, social media updates, and email newsletters.

Furthermore, you’ll conduct thorough keyword research and SEO optimization to maximize organic reach and visibility.

Additionally, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and development. This collaboration helps you understand product features, target audience needs, and market trends.

Moreover, you’ll manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content.

You’ll also promote content across multiple channels, including social media, email, and other relevant platforms.

Finally, you’ll track and analyze content performance metrics. You’ll identify areas for improvement and optimize content strategies accordingly.

Importantly, you’ll stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly within the SaaS industry.

You’ll also conduct competitive analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities.

Finally, you’ll manage and mentor a content and SEO team.

Qualifications & Skills: 

We require 3+ years of proven experience in content marketing, specifically within the SaaS industry. Additionally, you must have demonstrable expertise in content strategy development and execution.

Furthermore, you need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and SEO best practices.

In addition, you must be proficient in using content marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs). You should also have experience creating content for different stages of the buyer’s journey.

We also value candidates who can work independently and as part of a team. A data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring and optimizing results is essential.

Prior experience with workforce productivity software (EmpMonitor) or ad intelligence platforms (PowerAdSpy) is advantageous. Finally, a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
