Job Description

As a recruiting coordinator, you will work within our HR team to enhance hiring and onboarding processes for global clients in agile product teams. You will help streamline recruitment workflows and ensure exceptional candidate experiences throughout the hiring process. We work with a number of Tier 1 companies on building comprehensive talent acquisition strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate onboarding
  • Work with hiring managers and HR teams to lead talent acquisition initiatives
  • Maintain quality of recruitment processes and ensure hiring standards are met
  • Accurately schedule interviews and coordinate hiring activities during planning sessions
  • Contribute to recruitment strategy sessions involving hiring stakeholders
  • Create, iterate and maintain recruitment deliverables including job descriptions, interview guides, and candidate evaluation criteria
  • Ensure hiring decisions are data-driven by identifying key metrics to track each quarter
  • Support candidate experience initiatives and coordinate onboarding programs
  • Manage recruiting coordinator responsibilities for multiple hiring campaigns simultaneously
  • Present recruitment insights to the wider business at quarterly reviews

Skill & Experience

  • You have at least 3 years’ experience working in talent acquisition or HR
  • You have experience using recruiting software and applicant tracking systems
  • You have some previous experience working in an agile environment – Think two-week sprints
  • You are familiar using HR systems and project management tools in your workflow
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
