Key Responsibilities

As our next team member, you will be responsible for the following essential duties:

Development & Technical Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers while working hands-on as an Ionic Lead Developer
  • Additionally, design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using the Ionic framework, Angular, and Cordova
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement innovative mobile app designs
  • Moreover, write clean, maintainable, and scalable code for mobile applications
  • Optimize application performance for maximum speed and user experience

Integration & Collaboration

  • Furthermore, integrate third-party APIs and services seamlessly into mobile applications
  • Work closely with backend developers to ensure robust server-side integration

  • Participate in agile development processes and sprint planning

Quality Assurance & Documentation

  • Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting to maintain high-quality standards

  • Manage version control systems (Git) and maintain organized codebases
  • Additionally, create comprehensive technical documentation for mobile applications
  • Document architectural decisions and development processes for team reference

Professional Development

  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in mobile app development
  • Moreover, continuously upgrade technical skills and mentor junior developers
  • Lead mobile app architecture decisions and technology stack selection

Essential Requirements

  • 7-9 years of proven experience developing mobile applications using the Ionic framework
  • Additionally, expert proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular, and Cordova/PhoneGap
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing development teams
  • Moreover, deep understanding of mobile app design principles and user experience optimization
  • Extensive experience with RESTful APIs and web services integration
  • Furthermore, advanced knowledge of hybrid mobile app development and cross-platform solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
