About This HR Coordinator Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator for our JP Nagar, Bangalore office. This position requires 3-5 years of experience and offers immediate joining for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
HR Agency Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for coordinating with multiple HR agencies
- Ensure timely delivery of quality candidates from HR agencies according to agreed timelines
Agency Evaluation and Management
- Regularly assess the performance of HR agencies
- Maintain a network of 10 highly productive HR agencies at all times
- Furthermore, address performance issues of underperforming agencies and provide solutions
- Additionally, replace agencies if performance does not improve, ensuring no disruption in hiring timelines
Requirement Gathering and Communication
- Collaborate effectively with department heads to understand and document hiring requirements
- Communicate requirements clearly to HR agencies
- Moreover, review initial CVs to identify gaps and provide feedback to agencies for improvement
Target-Driven Recruitment
- Achieve the following minimum targets:
- 90% CV selection rate out of shared CVs
- 60% interview scheduling rate from selected CVs
- Continuously monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure targets are met
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external HR agencies
- Proactively resolve any concerns or challenges raised by HR agencies or internal teams
Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in the recruitment process and suggest improvements
- Subsequently, implement best practices for agency coordination and candidate evaluation
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Highly motivated and self-driven professional
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using recruitment management tools and Microsoft Office
- Experience coordinating with recruitment vendors or HR agencies
- Knowledge of talent acquisition processes and metrics
- Finally, ability to handle high-pressure situations and deliver results within deadlines
