Job Description
Location – Anywhere in US.
Act as the primary onsite liaison between the client and internal teams.
• Build and nurture C-level and senior stakeholder relationships and understanding business challenges
• Ensure seamless communication between offshore delivery teams and client stakeholders.
• Identify new opportunities within the account for revenue growth and upselling/cross-selling services.
• Work with sales teams to develop and execute account growth strategies.
• Drive RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Lead onsite teams and work closely with offshore/delivery teams to align execution with client expectations.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and long-term partnership success.
• 18 to 22 years of experience in account management, sales, and stakeholder engagement for media companies like Disney, Netflix etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of accountability.
• Knowledge of cloud/AI/ML/automation
