Responsibilities
- Achieve planned revenue targets in assigned regions/accounts and deliver consistent year-over-year sales growth.
- Manage the sales of IT Services/ Solutions to the major accounts & enterprises.
- Plan and lead balanced sales growth and continued account penetration on a long-term multi-year focus.
- Drive & own the new logo acquisition in the assigned region across industries.
- Handle the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closure by building CXO relationships with Enterprise customers, ensuring consistent revenue generation & target achievement.
- Develop specific plans to ensure growth in both long & short-term.
- Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
- Manage a sales team to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
- Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals
- Develop trusted partner relationships with key customers to retain and grow revenues over time
Qualifications
- B.E./B. Tech/Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field, MBA – Marketing/IT will be preferred
- 5 years+ of sales experience in IT systems/solutions/services, including Strong background in enterprise IT sales & key account management
- Existing Senior level relationships with relevant enterprise customers at a regional level
- Experience in high-end selling in a long sale cycle e.g., SaaS Sales, IT Infrastructure & Services, Cloud Sales to multiple industries
