Technical Project Manager – Open Source / Microsoft Technologies Full Time

Project Manager- 11-13yrs

• 11-13 years of proven work experience in software development, testing, software project management. Minimum 3 years of experience as Scrum Master, Kanban process manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, frameworks, Scrum, Kanban
• Excellent communication, time management and stakeholder management skills
• In depth knowledge of software development process
• Experience with large scale complex software development program will be a big plus to succeed in this role
• The candidate should have a high level understanding of software architecture and its various layers like backend and frontend
• Scrum master certification is a plus
• Attention to details, team player mindset and positive attitude are key to thrive in this role
• Should embrace diversity and have excellent people interaction and negotiation skills

Experience on working on Data Management projects would be an added advantage

It is a Technical Project Management role, hence experience in technology is a must, Technology should be Open source – emphasis on Java
