Job Description

Purpose of the Job Role:

The Strategic Account Manager is key to acquiring new business in content development, training

and coaching services, and psychometric services, encompassing account management, client

acquisition, revenue generation, and project management.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Strengthscape’s business, offerings, and the competitive landscape
  • Conduct detailed account research and strategize to enhance client relationships and business opportunities
  • Identify and exploit new business opportunities
  • Engage clients with a consultative selling approach to understand their unique needs
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales team to create proposals that meet client expectations
  • Foster client retention and build strong, trusting relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure solution delivery, proposing improvements based on best practices
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain up-to-date client information in our CRM
  • Represent Strengthscape in various forums such as client meetings and conferences

Qualification Criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate in any field
  • Experience: 2-7 years in business development, sales, or account management
  • Skills: Fluent in English, strong interpersonal and strategic thinking skills, customer service, negotiation, organization, and solution orientation
  • Location: Based in Bangalore office
