Job Description

Role: Digital Product & Experience Services Leader

Location: USA (Remote/Hybrid options based on candidate location)

About the Role:

This is a newly created leadership position aimed at driving proposition-based selling through Experience Services, with a focus on industries such as Media, Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Consumer Brands. The objective is to create integrated digital experience deals that increase average deal value and build long-term revenue streams through platform-driven innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead market enablement across Presales, Delivery, Practice, and Sales teams.
  • Drive solution development in areas like Digital Product Innovation, Digital Enablement, and Platform Solutions.
  • Increase top-of-the-funnel traction, mid-funnel conversion, and long-term client engagement.
  • Create and execute strategic plans aligned with company goals to scale digital engineering offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design high-impact, integrated digital experience deals.
  • Build solution offerings and go-to-market strategies aligned with evolving market and customer needs.
  • Represent the company in client CXO meetings to develop tailored Digital Engineering programs.
  • Oversee quarterly and annual sales plans focused on Experience Services growth.
  • Engage with analyst and industry communities to identify market opportunities.

Success Metrics:

  • Growth in average order value of digital experience deals.
  • Increased client tenure through long-term, integrated engagements.
  • Conversion of pipeline into high-value, multi-year contracts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in Digital Product and Services Innovation.
  • Strong background in customer acquisition, retention, and digital buying workflows.
  • Experience working closely with Product, Platform, Design, and Marketing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead consultative conversations with CDOs, CMOs, and senior stakeholders.
  • History of developing integrated market propositions and delivering on sales/revenue targets.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership capabilities.
  • High level of business acumen with a customer-centric and growth-oriented mindset.

Preferred Experience:

  • Successful track record in selling and delivering digital platform solutions.
  • Experience with multi-year, integrated deal structures.
  • Background in verticals such as Media, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Retail.
  • Familiarity with strategic budgeting and planning in digital consulting organizations.
