Roles & Responsibility:

Recruitment Project Management

  • Work closely with MNC Companies to ensure timely Manpower supply.
  • Maximize Share of business from new MNC projects and processors through specification.
  • Building and maintaining healthy business relations with HR’s ensuring maximum satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms.

Updating of leads Business Development:

    • Coordinate with assist RM in New Project and market visits.
    • Primary and secondary Recruitment through specified projects.
    • Increase value-added Recruitment in small projects through specification.
    • To achieve Price realization targets.
    • Generate leads with potential for prospective new business.
    • Devising & effectuating competitive selling programs/strategies.
    • Work with cross-functional teams -Pricing, Demand Planning, Operations, and Customer Service team to achieve organizational-wide objectives.

Branding & Awareness:

    • To build brand equity amongst customers by providing timely deliveries & quality Recruitment.
    • Ensure availability of the optimum quantity of Candidates.
    • Building brand focus in conjunction with operational requirements. Ensuring maximum brand visibility and capture optimum market shares.
    • Brand image building and awareness campaigns.

Market Intelligence:

    • Keep track of projects and channel activities.
    • Identify new potential projects.
    • Keep track of the industry trends and competition.
