Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent degree
- 3+ years of experience in requirement gathering /capturing, analyze the structure of a business, how it uses the technology, and its goals.
- Knowledge and specialization in one more area of ERP product.
- Sound understanding of engineering system concepts and principles
- Strong communication skills and technical writing
- Experience in Agile/Scrum and related tools
- Experience in creating wireframes, uses cases, user stories, and requirement documents (BRD, FSD, SRS)
- Ability to solve problems with analytical thinking and conceptualize, design, and build models from scratch.
- Ability to create business models for the product.
- Experience in Visio or similar modeling tools
- Experience in programming is a plus point
- Ability to handle client communications.
Responsibilities:
- Discuss with business process owners and elicit requirements
- Create business process documents for ERP application
- Create FSD with wireframes, and Use cases
- Identify the edge cases and capture the priorities
- Work with Architects, and Developers in an Agile environment
- Develop User Stories
- Assist the Product owners in creating a product roadmap, schedules, and budgets.
- Analyze the change requests and identify the impacts.
- Actively participate in release management and product demos
- Actively participate in User Acceptance Testing
