Requirements:

Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent degree
3+ years of experience in requirement gathering /capturing, analyze the structure of a business, how it uses the technology, and its goals.
Knowledge and specialization in one more area of ERP product.
Sound understanding of engineering system concepts and principles
Strong communication skills and technical writing
Experience in Agile/Scrum and related tools
Experience in creating wireframes, uses cases, user stories, and requirement documents (BRD, FSD, SRS)
Ability to solve problems with analytical thinking and conceptualize, design, and build models from scratch.
Ability to create business models for the product.
Experience in Visio or similar modeling tools
Experience in programming is a plus point
Ability to handle client communications.

Responsibilities:

Discuss with business process owners and elicit requirements
Create business process documents for ERP application
Create FSD with wireframes, and Use cases
Identify the edge cases and capture the priorities
Work with Architects, and Developers in an Agile environment
Develop User Stories
Assist the Product owners in creating a product roadmap, schedules, and budgets.
Analyze the change requests and identify the impacts.
Actively participate in release management and product demos
Actively participate in User Acceptance Testing
