To prepare for the grand opening, BOUNCEinc India recently hosted its unique “Casting Call” on September 27th and 28th.
This distinctive recruitment drive put enthusiasm and personality first, ahead of traditional resumes. As a result, it drew over 500 eager participants. From this vibrant pool, the company selected 45 exceptional individuals. These chosen ones now form part of the exclusive BOUNCE Tribe.
These new team members will receive comprehensive training. They will master the signature BOUNCE experience. Training focuses on engaging guests, leading activities, and ensuring every visitor enjoys a safe, memorable, and incredibly fun time.
