Lead AEM Developer Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Lead AEM component, template, workflow, and third-party integration development for robust web applications.
• Assess solution architecture and design custom AEM solutions, ensuring readiness for launch.
• Provide technical leadership for diverse AEM projects.
• Code complex components and integrations.
• Resolve intricate AEM-related technical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute projects within set timelines and budgets.
• Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations in a timely manner.
• Foster team improvement through technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices.
• Stay updated on AEM development trends and integrate them into the workflow.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of AEM experience.
• Adobe Experience Manager Sites Developer Expert certification (Master preferred).
• Proficiency in OSGI, JCR, Sling, Oak, and Java programming.
• Strong Java-based application development skills.
• Proven track record in designing and developing multi-regional sites on Adobe Experience Manager.
• Familiarity with AEMaaCS, Cloud Manager, AEM assets, and AEM forms.
• Understanding of Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics (preferred).
• Thorough knowledge of Apache/Dispatcher server setup and UNIX.
• Solid grasp of OOP and functional programming.
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Delivery (CI/CD preferred).
• Proficiency in unit testing and automated testing.
