MERN Stack Developer | Technical Lead:
- Taking ownership of, and managing the full project life cycle·Managing the team, sprints, planning, and communicating with management and stakeholders
- Regular sync up with the project team and developers’ teams to communicate progress·Organizational skills and time management skills to keep projects on track to the finish
- Coordinate and to ensure the proper flow of information throughout the project.
- Proactively organize team meetings or other types of appointments whenever necessary to
- keep the team updated with the status of the project·Keep the various project organization tools up to date (including project organization flow charts and timelines)
- Being the point of reference for the team to respect milestones, deadlines, etc.
- Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risk
- Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed
- Ensure Stakeholders Satisfaction·Evaluate Project Performance
- Must manage end to end projects across various pillar within the organization with proper Planning and contribute towards overall vision of the company.
- Directing the team to achieve a common goal
- Managing the deployment deliverable·Monitoring progress and tracking roadblocks, to ensure completion of project deliverables.
- Organize and conducting regular meetings-produce, maintain and distributing meeting minutes, project documentation, updates, status report, project modification and approvals
