Business Analyst Full Time

Requirements:

•  Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent degree
• 3+ years of experience in requirement gathering /capturing, analyze the structure of a business, how it uses the technology, and its goals.
• Knowledge and specialization in one more area of ERP product.
• Sound understanding of engineering system concepts and principles
• Strong communication skills and technical writing
• Experience in Agile/Scrum and related tools
• Experience in creating wireframes, uses cases, user stories, and requirement documents (BRD, FSD, SRS)
• Ability to solve problems with analytical thinking and conceptualize, design, and build models from scratch.
• Ability to create business models for the product.
• Experience in Visio or similar modeling tools
• Experience in programming is a plus point
• Ability to handle client communications.

Responsibilities:

• Discuss with business process owners and elicit requirements
• Create business process documents for ERP application
• Create FSD with wireframes, and Use cases
• Identify the edge cases and capture the priorities
• Work with Architects, and Developers in an Agile environment
• Develop User Stories
• Assist the Product owners in creating a product roadmap, schedules, and budgets.
• Analyze the change requests and identify the impacts.
• Actively participate in release management and product demos
• Actively participate in User Acceptance Testing
