Team Lead – Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead to lead our development team in delivering top-notch Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions to our clients in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions that meet our client’s requirements. The Technical Team Lead will also work closely with the project manager, Technical Architect, business analysts, and development team to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Lead the technical team in designing and developing Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions for clients.

2.      Collaborate with the project manager and business analysts to understand client requirements and design solutions that meet those requirements.

3.      Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.

4.      Ensure that technical best practices are followed, and high-quality code is delivered on time and within budget.

5.      Conduct code reviews and identify areas for improvement.

6.      Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.

7.      Develop technical documentation for solutions and processes.

8.      Participate in pre-sales activities, including presentations and proposals.

9.      Keep up to date with the latest Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations technology trends and best practices.

10.   Provide technical training and mentorship to team members.

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field

·        Minimum of 6 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations technology, with a focus on development and implementation

·        Experience leading technical teams and providing technical guidance.

·        Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations technology, including application architecture, data architecture, integration, and development

·        Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies, such as Azure, Azure DevOps, Logic apps and Power Platform (Power BI, Power automate, Power apps and Power pages)

·        Excellent communication and leadership skills

·        Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

·        Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

·        Experience working in a client-facing role is preferred.

·        Knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX will be preferred.

·        Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations are preferred.

Certification Requirements:

The ideal candidate should hold one or more of the following Microsoft certifications:

·        Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate: This certification validates a candidate’s skills in developing Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations applications, including the ability to design and develop integrations, implement reporting, and customize user interfaces.

·        Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert: This certification demonstrates a candidate’s expertise in designing solutions using Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations technology, including the ability to design and implement integrations, configure security, and optimize performance.

·        Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate: This certification validates a candidate’s skills in developing custom solutions using the Power Platform, including the ability to create and customize apps, automate workflows, and build custom connectors.

·        Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate: This certification demonstrates a candidate’s expertise in developing applications using Microsoft Azure, including the ability to design and implement solutions that integrate with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
