Team Lead – Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Technical Team Lead for our development team. You will lead delivery of top-notch Dynamics 365 Finance Operations solutions to our clients in India.
As our successful candidate, you will design, develop, and deliver high-quality Microsoft ERP solutions. These solutions will meet our clients’ requirements precisely. Additionally, you will work closely with the project manager, Technical Architect, and business analysts. Together, you will ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities for Dynamics 365 Finance Operations Team Lead:
- Lead the technical team in designing and developing Dynamics 365 Finance Operations solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with the project manager and business analysts to understand client requirements and design solutions that meet those requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
- Follow technical best practices and deliver high-quality code on time and within budget.
- Conduct code reviews and identify areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
- Develop technical documentation for solutions and processes.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including presentations and proposals.
- Keep up to date with the latest Microsoft ERP technology trends and best practices.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to team members.
Dynamics 365 Finance Operations Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance Operations technology, with a focus on development and implementation
- Experience leading technical teams and providing technical guidance
- Strong understanding of D365 F&O technology, including application architecture, data architecture, integration, and development
- Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies, such as Azure, Azure DevOps, Logic apps and Power Platform (Power BI, Power automate, Power apps and Power pages)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience working in a client-facing role is preferred
- Knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX will be preferred
- Microsoft certifications in the platform are preferred
Certification Requirements
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Operations Apps Developer Associate: This certification validates a candidate’s skills in developing Microsoft ERP applications, including the ability to design and develop integrations, implement reporting, and customize user interfaces.
- Microsoft Certified: D365 F&O Apps Solution Architect Expert: This certification demonstrates a candidate’s expertise in designing solutions using Microsoft ERP technology, including the ability to design and implement integrations, configure security, and optimize performance.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate: This certification validates a candidate’s skills in developing custom solutions using the Power Platform, including the ability to create and customize apps, automate workflows, and build custom connectors.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate: This certification demonstrates a candidate’s expertise in developing applications using Microsoft Azure, including the ability to design and implement solutions that integrate with Microsoft ERP systems.
